Police: East Hampton Man Busted For Drunk Driving
The incident occurred on Friday evening.
An East Hampton man was arrested on a DWI charge in Southampton on Friday evening, according to Southampton Town Police.
Police saw a car failing to maintain its travel lane while driving eastbound on CR-39 in Southampton at about 6:30 p.m., police said.
The car was stopped and the driver, Ervin Chavez-Felipe, 41, was found to be drunk, according to police.

He was arrested for felony DWI and several traffic violations and transported to headquarters for processing, police said
He was held overnight for arraignment the next day and held on $1000 bail, police said.
