Septic Rebate Question Session Scheduled For Montauk
Concerned Citizens of Montauk is teaming up with East Hampton Town for the septic rebate question session.

EAST HAMPTON, NY — Residents with septic rebate questions have a chance to be heard.
Concerned Citizens of Montauk has teamed up with the Town of East Hampton to host a septic rebate question session on Monday, Oct. 22 from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the CCOM office, located at 6 South Elmwood Avenue in Montauk.
"Old cesspools and ineffective, outdated septic systems are polluting our ground and surface waters. The Town of East Hampton and Suffolk County offer financial assistance program to install new systems with advanced technology that has been designed to better protect our health, economy and environment," a release said.

At the October 22nd “Morning with Mellissa” session, Mellissa Winslow of the Town of East Hampton’s natural resources department will be stationed at the CCOM office to afford East Hampton and Montauk residents an opportunity to sit one-on-one to discuss the septic replacement and rebate process and help answer any questions.
