So You Self Published - Now What? - a talk with author Jeff Nichols

All three of Jeff Nichols’ self-published books got press and were optioned for bigger things. One made it all the way to the big screen. His first book, The Little Yellow Bus, was purchased by Lions Gate films, was in the Hamptons International Film Festival, and was a featured presentation on HBO in 2015.

So how does the self publishing author do it?
Jeff’s talk will include how to choose an editor, what is the difference between an editor and a professional reader, how to upload a book on Amazon and Kindle for free, how to get friends to do covers for free/pay, how to get paid speaking gigs, how to get on NPR, how to run a successful book signing and how to deal with independent book stores.
