State Police Report: Three DWI Arrests

A list of recent crime activity as reported by the state police.

State Police-Riverside reported the following arrests over the past week:

  • A 22-year-old Woodmere man was arrested on Sept. 19 for two counts of seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana after being involved in a motor vehicle accident on ST-27 in Westhampton. He was released on appearance ticket returnable to the Southampton Town Court on Sept. 24.
  • Allan M. Concepcion, 40, of Mount Sinai was arrested on Sept. 20 for DWI after being stopped on Montauk Highway in Hampton Bays for speeding. Concepcion was released on traffic tickets returnable to the Southampton Town Court on Oct. 6.
  • Jonatan J. Majico, 23, of East Hampton was arrested on Sept. 21 for felony DWI and second degree criminal impersonation after being stopped on Sandy Hollow Rd in Southampton for moving from lane unsafely. Majico was held for arraignment on Sept. 21 at the Southampton Town Court.
  • Edgar B. Vasquez, 35 of Westhampton Beach, NY was arrested on a DWI charge after being involved in a motor vehicle accident on Montauk Highway in Hampton Bays on Sept. 21. Vasquez was held for arraignment on Sept. 22 at the Southampton Town Court.
  • A 21-year-old Flanders woman was arrested on Sept. 21 for criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, unlawful possession of marijuana, and criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree after being stopped on Flanders Road in Riverside for moving from lane unsafely. She was released on appearance ticket returnable to Southampton Town Court on Oct. 1.
