Stop & Shop, a neighborhood grocer for more than 100 years, today unveiled its newly remodeled store in East Hampton located at 67 Newtown Lane.
The store, which opened its doors in 2015, is now noticeably brighter and more modern. The store not only has a new look with upgraded lighting and flooring, but it also has new features that are centered around selection and convenience.
Those features include new registers to make the checkout process a breeze and an upgraded meat department with an expanded assortment of choice cuts. Additionally, organic and natural products have been integrated within the grocery aisles allowing customers to see all product options available. The store now also offers Pickup - orders placed online at stopandshop.com can be picked up at the store from the comfort of your own car while a store associate delivers your order right to your trunk.

“We’re excited to share our newly remodeled store with our local shoppers,” said Michelle Lunch, Store Manager of Stop & Shop East Hampton. “We’ve added more of what our customers want and upgrades they need to get their shopping done faster.”
To celebrate the remodeled store, Stop & Shop donated $2,000 in gift cards to the East Hampton Food Pantry to help fight food insecurity in the community.
