Teen Charged With Felony After Pulling Fire Alarm, Evacuating School: Police
BREAKING: The teen pulled the alarm during school hours, police said.

EAST HAMPTON, NY — A teen was arrested after pulling the alarm at East Hampton High School, leading to an evacuation, police said.
According to East Hampton Police, the student, 17, was arrested on Nov. 4 at 3:58 p.m. and charged with false report 1: fire, explosion, hazardous substance, upon school grounds, a felony, after allegedly pulling the alarm box handle in the hallway at East Hampton High School, activating the alarm and causing the school to be evacuated.
The teen was released on his or her own recognizance; no identification was given for the minor student, police said.
