Woman Charged With Allowing Minors To Drink At Home: Police
She let them drink in her home, police say.
EAST HAMPTON, NY — An East Hampton woman was arrested after she allowed minors to consume alcohol at a residential property, police said.
According to East Hampton Town Police, Carmen Del Cissne Velez, 41, was arrested on Saturday at 12:08 at the Crystal Drive home and charged with allowing consumption of alcohol by minors, private residence, prohibited, a misdemeanor.
She allowed the drinking by minors and "failed to take reasonable corrective action," upon learning of the consumption of alcohol, police said.

She was released on her own recognizance and issued an appearance ticket, police said.
