Woman Charged With DWI After Crash: Police
The woman was arrested on Nov. 30, police said.

EAST HAMPTON, NY — An East Hampton woman was cuffed for driving drunk after she crashed her car, police said.
According to East Hampton Town Police, Alexandra Moret, 47, was arrested on Nov. 30 at 5:51 p.m. on Springs Fireplace Road after she was drove a 2016 Volkswagen south and was involved in a crash near the intersection of Fort Pond Boulevard.
Upon contact, Moret had the strong odor of an alcoholic beverage on her breath, bloodshot, glassy eyes, slurred speech, and was unsteady on her feet; she failed all standardized field sobriety tests, police said.

She was charged with driving while intoxicated, first offense, a misdemeanor, police said.
Cash bail was set at $1,000, police said.
