Woman Found Dead On Side Of Suffolk County Road
Police are asking for the public's help to ID the woman, who is believed to have been in her 20s.

EAST HAMPTON, NY — A woman's body was found on the side of the road in East Hampton Thursday, police said.
According to East Hampton Town Police, the woman's body was found at 6:30 a.m. on the grassy shoulder of Alewife-Brook Road, north of Terry Road.
The woman's death does not appear to be criminal, police said.

East Hampton Town Police requested assistance from Suffolk County Police Homicide Squad detectives, police said.
Detectives are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the woman, who is described as white, in her 20s, with light brown shoulder-length hair, about 5-foot-4 and approximately 100 pounds; she has an owl tattoo on her right wrist and a tattoo of two interlocking rings on the inside of her upper left arm.

Anyone who may have traveled on Alewife-Brook Road near Terry Road Thursday morning, or anyone with information about the woman is asked to call the Homicide Squad at 631-852-6394; the investigation is continuing, police said.
