Attackers Break Man's Leg, Leave Him On Nassau Street
The man was attacked by two others while he was walking early Tuesday morning.
Two attackers broke a man's leg while he was walking in Westbury early Tuesday morning, Nassau police said.
According to police, the man was walking on Rutland Street at 4:15 a.m. when he was approached from behind by two other men. The two men hit him with a blunt object in the lower right leg and then fled on foot.
The man suffered a compound fracture in his leg and was taken by ambulance to a hospital for treatment. Police say the investigation is ongoing.
