
Sid Caesar was the star and guiding force behind Your Show of Shows and Caesar's Hour, two of the most innovative programs in the Golden Age of Television.
His shows brought together some of the greatest comic talent of the day, including Imogene Coca, Carl Reiner, and Howard Morris and started many writers, including Mel Brooks, Neil Simon, Mel Tolkin, and Larry Gelbart.
This lecture will highlight some of his shows most memorable skits and examine the creative process.
