Police ask for the public's help in identifying men who held up grocery store in July.

Nassau County Police released surveillance photos of men they said held up a Uniondale grocery store in July.

Police said the men entered Brookside Best Farm Grocery on Brookside Avenue at 4:54 p.m. July 25. One man approached a clerk, revealed a handgun, and demanded cash while the other acted as a lookout, cops said.

The man with the gun reportedly struck the clerk with the weapon before both subjects fled northwest on foot on Nassau Road with an unknown amount of cash, police said.
