Eisenhower Park Fireworks Show Set For July 1

Celebrate the holiday with a world-class Grucci Fireworks show.

Nassau County announced that it will hold its annual "Celebrate America" fireworks show on July 1 at Eisenhower Park. The fireworks show will be preceded by a concert.

The event, sponsored by TD Bank, will be held at the Harry Chapin Lakeside Theater. The Grucci Fireworks show will be preceded by a performance by Lamar Peters and his Ultimate Elvis Tribute at 6 p.m., followed by the Idol Kings, a Journey and John Mellenkamp Tribute Band. The fireworks show will begin at 9:30 p.m.

“I thank TD Bank for their continuous support, which makes our spectacular Independence Day celebration possible every year,” said Nassau County Executive Ed Mangano. “The annual Fireworks Show and Concert here in beautiful Eisenhower Park is a great opportunity for our residents to come out and enjoy this world-class fireworks show and performances by Lamar Peters and his Ultimate Elvis Tribute and Idol Kings, a Journey and John Mellenkamp Tribute Band.”
