Join other breast cancer patients, both current and past, for a workshop on called "Love Yourself...Love Your Body" on Sept. 13 from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at the Alumni House at Adelphi University.
Diana McCray, CWC, will be leading the workshop, which is designed to show inner beauty. It is based on the self love chapter in her book A Journey Within. The workshop will include some dancing, talking and exercises. Guests should wear comfortable clothing.
