The East Meadow Public Library will be holding "Ready, Set, Go!" for children in grades 1 through 5 on Aug. 8 at 7 p.m. This is a Long Island Children's Museum program and will allow kids the chance to design their own fantasy vehicle.
Registration begins on July 25 at 7 p.m. at the Children's Desk. No phone registration will be taken.
