Hicks Nurseries, located at 100 Jericho Turnpike in Westbury, will be hosting Anthony Bellantone from Weber grills on Jun. 4 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Bellantone will be showing guests some great secrets to indirect grilling, enabling grillers to cook a while chicken (as well as numerous other food items) right on the grill. This is free and open to all.
“Grilling can be much more than hot dogs and burgers,” said Bellantone in a press release from Hicks.
