Lincoln: The Constitution and The Civil War
The National Constitution Center and the American
Library Association Public Programs Office organized the exhibit, Lincoln: The
Constitution and the Civil War, with the help of a major grant from the
National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH). The Opening Day of this amazing
exhibit at East Meadow Public Library is being held on Saturday, May 31 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
On Opening Day enjoy the Civil War re-enactors
from Co. K, 67th NYVI First Long Island, lectures, crafts, music and the
exhibit. There is something for everyone
of all ages.
