Man Attacked Employee To Rob Nassau Cell Phone Store: Police
Police say he sliced the man's hand with a sharp object and stole two cell phones.
UNIONDALE, NY — A robber attacked a store employee to steal two cell phones on Monday, and Nassau County Police are trying to find him.
According to police, a man entered We Fix Phones, at 1174 Front St. in Uniondale, at 6:14 p.m. and asked to look at several phones. He then left the store, and returned later and asked to view two phones.
The man said that he would be buying the phones. He reached into his pocket, took out a sharp object and swung at the store employee, a 32-year-old man. The man suffered a cut to his left hand, and the robber took the two phones and fled north on Manor Parkway.

The employee was treated at a nearby hospital and released.
The robber was about 20 years old and wearing a black jacket.
