Members of the Amateur Observers' Society of NY, www.aosny.org, invite you to join us for a rare astronomical event. After a brief explanation of the event about to unfold, we will go outside at dawn, 6:30am, to view (with special equipment) the partially eclipsed Sun as it rises.
Space is limited and you must register with the NYS Parks Dept at 516-780-3295. There is a $4 per person fee to the Parks Dept.
