Police Offering $5,000 Reward For Info on Roosevelt Homicide
The man was found shot to death in front of a Roosevelt home on Saturday.

Police announced on Tuesday that they will be offering at $5,000 reward for information regarding the homicide of a man (pictured above) in front of a Roosevelt home on Saturday.

ROOSEVELT, NY - Police have identified the man found shot to death in front of a Roosevelt home early Saturday morning.
The man was identified as 46-year-old Roosevelt resident Allen Simpkins Jr., according to police.
No further information has been released.

ROOSEVELT, NY - A 46-year-old man was found shot to death in front of a Roosevelt home early Saturday morning, according to Nassau Police.
At about 3:56 a.m. the man was discovered lying on the ground in front of a John Street home, police said.
He suffered from an apparent gunshot wound and was pronounced deceased at scene by a Nassau County Advanced Medical Technician, according to police.
Detectives request anyone with information regarding the crime to contact Nassau County Crime Stoppers at 1-800-244-TIPS. All callers will remain anonymous.
