Spumante Restaurant to Bring Authentic Italian Fare to Hofstra

East Meadow’s Spumante Restaurant will be serving its authentic Italian dishes at the 22nd Annual Hofstra Italian Festival this Sunday (http://www.hofstra.edu/Community/Fest/Fest_italian.html). Join Spumante outdoors at Hofstra from 11am-5pm to celebrate the many Italian contributions to American culture. Spumante Restaurant will be serving up some delicious treats including: Mozzarella & Roasted Pepper Panini, Grilled Chicken & Broccoli Rabe Panini, Chicken Marsala, Mama’s Famous Fusilli Amatriciana and Cannolis. All items can be purchased to eat on site or take home. Also available for purchase will be fresh mozzarella. Enjoy a taste of Italy at the Festival and enter to win a $50 gift certificate! The Festival will also feature vendors, handmade crafts, exhibits by cultural organizations, music, dance, poetry and much more for the entire family to enjoy!
