Stop & Shop Hosting Hiring Fair at East Meadow Store

Stop & Shop will hold a job fair at its store located at 2525 Hempstead Tpke. in East Meadow from 10am- 5pm on Saturday, August 13th as it looks to fill open positions across the store, as well as Nassau County. The jobs include part-time roles across all store departments. Interested applicants can obtain an on-the-spot interview to work and grow with the supermarket chain.

Interviews will be held for store roles including union positions in the bakery, deli, grocery, seafood, and produce departments. There are also unionized openings on the overnight crew, as well as for cashiers, porters, baggers, and home shoppers.

For every candidate hired during the one-day East Meadow hiring fair on August 13, Stop & Shop will make a $50 donation to its partner in the fight against hunger on Long Island, Island Harvest.

The open, part-time positions provide up to 28 hours of work each week.
