Suspects At Large After East Meadow Burglary

The burglary occurred at Senator Speno Memorial Park in the 700 block of East Meadow Avenue late Friday or Early Saturday, police said.

EAST MEADOW, NY — The suspects are at large after a burglary Friday night or early Saturday morning in East Meadow, the County of Nassau Police Department said in a news release.

Police responded to Senator Speno Memorial Park in the 700 block of East Meadow Avenue and discovered the rear glass window had been broken into, according to the department. One computer monitor, a John Deere Gator utility vehicle and miscellaneous items were removed from the building and later recovered from the scene, authorities said. The suspects fled.
