'Taste of Long Island' Coming to The Carltun

The Carltun in Eisenhower Park is gearing up for “A Taste of Long Island,” hosted by the Safe Center LI.

The East Meadow restaurant is set to host the event Jan. 26 from 6:30-8:30 p.m.

More than 40 Long Island restaurants, caterers, wineries, breweries, bakers, and confectioners are expected to offer their best items during the event.

The event is open to the public. Tickets are $100 per person for general admission and $150 per person for reserved seating, which is available to the first 100 responders.

The hosts, Safe Center LI, are located in Bethpage and was established to protect, assist, and empower victims of violence and assault of all ages.
