Thousands Attend Stand For Israel Rally In Eisenhower Park

A supply drive was also held at the Tuesday night event.

EAST MEADOW, NY — The biggest Nassau County crowd to date gathered Tuesday night in support of Israel.

Thousands of people filled up Eisenhower Park to hear from speakers and wave Israeli flags.

More than 1,200 people were killed in Israel from the terrorist attack by Hamas on Saturday. Many in attendance voiced their concern for the dozens of abducted Israelis, whose conditions remain unknown.

The rally also included a supply drive for donated items to the most impacted in Israel.

Multiple police agencies were at the park and a helicopter hovered for additional security.
