Women's Evening of Learning: Jewish Calcutta Through Music & Memory

Join The South Shore Sisterhoods for a fascinating program entitled "Eshet Hayyil: The Story of Jewish Calcutta Through the Lens of Five Generations of Women." Rahel Musleah, award-winning journalist, singer, speaker, and educator will trace her roots back to Calcutta, India. Through her multi-media song, story, and slide programs, she will share her rare and intimate knowledge of this ancient community's history, customs, and melodies.

This joint program is sponsored by Congregation Beth Tikvah (Wantagh), East Meadow Jewish Center, Congregation Beth-El (Massapequa), Temple B'nai Torah (Wantagh), Temple Beth-El of North Bellmore, and Temple Sinai (Massapequa).

Doors open at 7:00 PM. Program starts at 7:30 PM Sharp.
