3 Farmingdale Facebook Pages To Follow

FARMINGDALE, NY—With a budding Main Street and a lot of activities around, Farmingdale is one of Long Island's up-and-coming neighborhoods. There are a few Facebook pages you should follow and groups you should join if you're in the area.

• Barrage Brewing Company LLC: One of the two craft beer breweries that calls Farmingdale home. Barrage offers a wide variety of beers on tap, from ales to IPAs and pilsners to hefeweizens. Barrage may be best known for its stouts and porters, however. There's a beer for everyone there. Follow Barrage on Facebook to see which beers it has on tap at the tasting room each week (they rotate), news of new or returning beers and more.
• Farmingdale Public Library: The library uses its page to share news of upcoming events and activities taking place in (and even sometimes out of) the library. Like the page to stay on top of all library-related news and featured books.
• Farmingdale Fabulous Moms Group: Farmingdale moms (dads, too) are welcome to join this group and engage with other Farmingdale parents. Feel free to ask questions about your child, whether they're a baby, in elementary school or a teenager, and someone will surely be able to assist. Parents also share good-natured, funny stories about their kids.
