Albany Avenue Elementary School Welcomes Comedy Basketball

Farmingdale, NY – The Farmingdale School District’s Albany Avenue Elementary School recently welcomed the Magic Masters comedy basketball team to connect with students through basketball in a fun, educational way. During the performance basketball players shared the importance of learning with students, asking them educational questions and tossing the ball back to students as they gave answers. Following the performance, students and Magic Masters basketball players engaged in a friendly and cooperative game of basketball while students shared their enthusiasm for learning with the players. This is part of an ongoing district initiative to engage students in their educations in high-energy, creative ways.
