FARMINGDALE, NY — Potato lovers, this one's for you. Farmingdale State College will host the Long Island Potato Festival in September.
The festival will take place Sept. 26 and 27 at the college, with free admission.
Potatoes will be served in a variety of ways at the festival's potato food court. There will also be traditional festival fare for people to enjoy.
Along with all-things-potato, the two-day event will feature local vendors, live entertainment, family activities, and a carnival.
