Black Forest Brew Haus In Farmingdale Closes

FARMINGDALE, NY — Black Forest Brew Haus in Farmingdale has closed. The pub and biergarten had been serving German fare and its house-brewed beers for more than a decade.

The entrance to the parking lot of the 2015 New Highway business is cordoned off with a chain, traffic cones and a beer keg. The phone number of the restaurant is no longer in service, and the business has not made a social media post since October 2020. A social media message has gone unanswered.

The Black Forest Brew Haus's liquor license expired on July 31, according to the New York State Liquor Authority.
