Driver Killed in South Farmingdale Crash
The vehicle rear-ended a truck Monday morning, fire officials said.

Am accident Monday morning has left one dead in South Farmingdale, fire officials said.
A car rear-ended a truck that was carrying a roll-off dumpster on westbound Hempstead Turnpike, near West Walnut Street, at 5:40 a.m., according to the South Farmingdale Fire Department. The driver of the car, which also crashed into a fence, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Nassau County Police are still investigating the crash.
