Farmingdale 2022-23 School Budget Passes

FARMINGDALE, NY — Residents within the boundaries of the Farmingdale School District on Tuesday voted to pass the 2022-23 school budget by a margin of 2,070 votes to 944.
The district's budget is $182,892,350, up 4.56 percent from last year's. The tax levy is $133,739,443, up 1.59 percent.
School board incumbents Suzanne D’Amico and Michael Goldberg were re-elected for three more years.

"The approved budget will help support the many high-quality academic and extracurricular programs that have shaped the District’s long-standing reputation for excellence," the school district wrote on Facebook.
