Farmingdale Columbus Fair Continues This Weekend: INFO

Here's what you should know ahead of the Columbus Day Fair this weekend.

FARMINGDALE, NY — Columbus Day is Monday, which means Farmingdale will be celebrating with its Columbus Weekend Fair on Main Street this weekend.

The Street Fair will be on Main Street on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., according to the Farmingdale Fire Department, which is hosting its 31st Columbus Weekend Fair. The Carnival is open from noon to 11 p.m. Live music will be performed at the rear of the Fire House starting at 1 p.m., featuring the Farmingdale School of Rock, and at 7 p.m., featuring Electric Mayhem and the FFD Sports Bar band.

On Sunday, the Street Fair and Carnival will have the same hours as Saturday. The parade kicks off at 6 p.m. The Electric Dudes and the FFD Sports Bar will perform live music at 7 p.m. in back of the Fire House.

The Carnival will be open from 12 to 6 p.m. on Monday, signaling the end of the holiday weekend. Residents got to experience the Carnival Thursday and Friday evenings, as well.
