Farmingdale Community Summit Council Dedicates First Responder Fountain

Assemblyman Joseph Saladino, Nassau County Legislator Rose Walker and Nassau County Legislator James Kennedy join local officials, Farmingdale Community Summit Council Members, Farmingdale Library Board and Staff, Police Officers and Library patrons for the dedication ceremony of a fountain honoring the first responders installed on the Farmingdale Public Library grounds. The First Responder Fountain was purchased by the Farmingdale Community Summit Council to honor the individuals that played a major role in assisting with rescue operations on 9-11 and continue to help the community on a daily basis.

Assemblyman Saladino is a dedicated member of the New York State Assembly Libraries and Education Technology Committee.
