Farmingdale Deli Robbed at Gunpoint, Knifepoint

The robbery occurred Monday night.

Suffolk County Police are looking for three men who robbed an East Farmingdale deli with a handgun and a knife on Monday night.

According to authorities, three men entered Conklin Deli, located at 856 Conklin St., and one of the men, armed with a handgun, ordered an employee to hand over money in the register at 9:30 p.m.

Another robber, armed with a large knife, ordered another employee and a customer to remove their wallets and jewelry, police said.

All three robbers fled the store with the proceeds in a white four-door sedan eastbound on Conklin Street.

The employees and the customer were not harmed during the robbery.

Police said the three robbers were wearing blue jeans and dark jackets with hoods.

The investigation is continuing. Detectives are asking anyone with information about this incident to contact the First Squad at 631-854-8152 or call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS.
