Farmingdale Elementary School Hosts ‘Jump Rope for Heart’ Fundraiser
Albany Avenue Elementary School Students Raise Money for Classmate's Heart Surgery
The Farmingdale School District’s Albany Avenue Elementary School recently held its annual Jump Rope For Heart fundraising event, during which more than 300 elementary school students spent the day exercising and jumping rope to support a classmate who is in need of heart surgery. Every year, students participate in this event to increase their fitness level and raise money for the American Heart Association (AHA).
