Pisano said Librizzi and his wife, Sioban, and their daughters, Ana and Evy, need help.

"This news has been not only emotionally devastating but financially devastating as well," Pisano wrote.

Librizzi and Pisano run Iron Misfitz Training Studio together, where their nicknames are Iron Guy and Iron Luck, respectively. They are certified personal trainers who design programs tailored to their clients.

"Chris saved my life," Pisano wrote on the fundraiser. "He was on the same bodybuilding team as me when I suffered from a significant loss. Chris and his family helped me in ways I can't even explain. I don't know what would have happened without them, but I know it would not have been good. I know this story is not unlike many others he has saved. He has helped clients overcome addiction, drinking, and just poor health habits that have helped to save them."

Librizzi gives back to the community, donates to charities, and is "one of the hardest working men you will ever meet," Pisano said.

"The amount of people he's reached is endless," she said. "The amount of lives he has saved is still unknown."

Professionally, Librizzi personalizes workouts, meal plans and other tools for his clients.

Pisano helps clients set and reach goals with her intense workouts and guidance. She specializes in youth fitness.

The studio is at 21 Weiden Street, Farmingdale.
