Want some relief from all the local bad news? Here's one piece of good news posted on the Farmingdale Patch recently to help start off your week:

A new Farmingdale restaurant recently hosted its grand opening.

Uncle Tony's, located on 320 Main Street, which opened at the former site of Cascarino’s, hosted the grand opening event on June 1.

The event included raffles, giveaways, live music and more.

In addition, the event included a ribbon cutting ceremony.
