Farmingdale High School Student-Athletes Sign National Letters of Intent

Student-Athletes to Continue Athletic Careers at the Collegiate Level

The Farmingdale School District recently celebrated the athletic and academic accomplishments of 15 students from Farmingdale High School who signed National Letters of Intent, identifying the college they will be attending after graduation. Farmingdale High School Principal Dr. Samuel Thompson was joined by Director of Athletics Jeanne Berkoski and athletic coaches from throughout the District to congratulate the student-athletes, who were wearing shirts emblazoned with their respective colleges’ logos, as they officially made their individual college decision.

“The District is proud to celebrate these students’ outstanding athletic accomplishments both on the field and in the classroom,” said Farmingdale School District Assistant Superintendent Glen Zakian. “These students represent the standard of excellence characteristic of the District, and we look forward to following their many future accomplishments.”

· Christine Warmingham will be attending Molloy College for Division II Bowling

· Angus McCloskey will be attending Pace University for Division III Baseball

· Tyler Sullivan will be attending Stevenson University for Division III Lacrosse

· Matthew Fierst will be attending St. Joseph’s College for Division I Baseball

· Darrin Simons will be attending Stony Brook University for Division I Lacrosse

· Bryan Lyons will be attending either St. Joseph’s College or Long Island University Post for Baseball

· Kyle Tucker will be attending Cabrini University for Division III Lacrosse

· Cailee Perettine will be attending Boston College for Division I Lacrosse

· Angelo DeLuca will be attending Mount St. Mary’s for Division I Lacrosse

· Caroline Bleck will be attending Monmouth University for Division I Lacrosse

· Nick Pantorno will be attending Western New England University for Division III Lacrosse

· Emma Norton will be attending Pace University for Division II Lacrosse

· Jack Livingston will be attending Misericordia University for Division III Lacrosse

· Catie Fleming will be attending the State University of New York at Cortland for Division III Lacrosse

· Nicolas Luc will be attending Adelphi University for Division II Baseball
