Farmingdale Man Involved in Fatal Street Racing Crash Gets Arrested Again

Cory Gloe was arrested less than one week after he pleaded guilty to his involvement in the 2014 crash.

A Farmingdale man who pleaded guilty Thursday to a 17-count indictment in connection with a 2014 crash that killed five of his teenage friends was arrested again Tuesday night, police say.

According to authorities, Cory Gloe, 19, was in the passenger’s seat while Adam Rosenthal, 17, was driving on Fallwood Parkway near Roberts Street when the vehicle was pulled over by CIRRT officers for speeding at 8:55 p.m.

Officers observed a “Gravity Knife” and a small amount of marijuana inside the vehicle during the traffic stop and subsequently placed Gloe and Rosenthal under arrest, police say.
