Farmingdale Village Installs Electric Charging Stations

Located in the Rear of Parking Lot 3

(Marketing Masters NY)

As part of its ongoing commitment to sustainability and reducing greenhouse gas emissions, the Village of Farmingdale has installed three new dual-port and one new single-port electric vehicle charging stations located in the rear of Parking Lot 3, south of Cornelia street entrance, providing convenient access for Village residents and visitors who drive electric vehicles. The electric vehicle charging stations were funded in part by a $50,000 grant from the New York State Research and Development Authority.

The new charging stations support the Village’s goal of promoting cleaner transportation options and reducing its overall carbon footprint. Partnered with Evoke System to manage the user-friendly software, charging is simple and accessible for the community.

The project was supported by INF Associates, a New York–based energy solutions firm specializing in electric vehicle infrastructure, renewable energy, and decarbonization projects. INF’s experienced team provides innovative energy solutions that drive measurable sustainability results.
