We’re Dragonfly Cares, a group of providers offering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Speech-Language Therapy across Long Island. Our goal is to support children as well as the caregivers around them, while emphasizing community engagement and transparency. Our goal from the start has been to create a supportive network and uplifting environment for the families and therapists we work with. No more one-size fits all models, we provide more and always will. Each group is led by a BCBA and includes 1:1 support from a trained behavior technician. Groups are thoughtfully formed based on each child’s individual needs and skill sets. It’s a wonderful opportunity for your child to build social skills, communication, and more—all in a fun and supportive environment! Congratulations to 7 FHS seniors who were presented with annual monetary awards by the Womens Club of Farmindale (WCF).  The awards and donations totaled over $4,400.  Winners of two prestigious awards were:  Ariela Deleon (The Abigail E. Leonard Award) and Emily Dunlop (the WCF Award).  Also receiving awards were: Diana Wilson, the Joseph P. Connelly Award; Alejandra Agudelo, Culinary Award; Vincent Calderon and Jasmine Singh, WCF Book Awards; and Veronica Sack, WCF Art Award.
