Fitness On Main St Holds Grand Opening In Farmingdale

The fitness studio offers personal training, group classes, nutrition and more.

FARMINGDALE, NY — Fitness On Main St celebrated its grand opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony in Farmingdale on Friday. The studio opened at 320 Main St.

The business offers personal training, group fitness classes, nutrition and more.

Personal training can be held in-studio, remote, in-home or with a friend. Group fitness classes run between 5:30 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. seven days a week, both inside and outside.

The business offers nutrition consultation, including a six-week reboot and meal plan, as well as meal prepping and coaching.

"We understand that building new fitness habits is difficult and often times we fail," the Fitness On Main St website reads. "Our goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes a part of who you are and your lifestyle. We strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle."

Officials from Farmingdale Village and New York state were on hand to celebrate the fitness studio's grand opening.


"It's exciting to open a business," said Farmingdale Chamber of Commerce President Joe Garcia. "And it's even more exciting you chose to do it here in Farmingdale and be part of Main Street, so, welcome."

State Senator Kevin Thomas (D—Garden City) and state Assemblyman John Mikulin (R—Bethpage) issued proclamations to Fitness on Main St.
