Flower Shop Of Farmingdale Voted Best Florist On Long Island

FARMINGDALE, NY — Flower Shop of Farmingdale was recognized as the best florist on Long Island, according to voters. The shop won in the 2022 Bethpage Best of Long Island awards.
It marked the first time the Farmingdale florist, at 316 Main St., has won the award.
"We feel honored and thankful for everyone that voted for our shop!" Jeanette Zimmerman-Schmidt, the owner, told Patch. "We really put our heart and soul into the arrangements we create. It is so nice to see that people feel the way they do! Thank you to everyone that made this possible!"

The flower shop was established in 1984, and the florist deals in projects, weddings, events, and more, according to the Bethpage Best of LI page. The shop is open seven days a week.
