Hampton Inn & Suites Hotel Proposed For East Farmingdale
It would be a four-story, 101-room hotel. What do you think?

EAST FARMINGDALE, NY — A Hampton Inn & Suites hotel has been proposed for East Farmingdale, according to Town of Babylon officials. It would be a four-story, 101-room hotel at 1030 Broadhollow Road.
The property is currently vacant and is the remaining piece of the property that used to be "Sky Drive" Driving Range. The other portion of the site has been redeveloped with a Floor & Décor store, LongHorn’s Steakhouse, PDQ Chicken, and another building still under construction.
There is no timetable on when the hotel proposal might be accepted. The application still must go before the Town Board for a change of zone, officials told Patch. It has not yet been referred to the Town Board, and a hearing has not been scheduled. The Town Board must grant the change of zone before the Planning Board can approve the site plan.
