Huge Success for WCF Nite @ Races Fundraiser
Over $9,500 was raised at the WCF fundraiser

HUGE SUCCESS FOR WOMEN’S CLUB OF FARMINGDALE NIGHT AT THE RACES
A new record was set on Saturday, November 19, 2016, as members of the Women’s Club of Farmingdale (WCF), friends and community raised more than $9,500 to support scholastic awards for Farmingdale High School seniors, local charities and community improvement. The event was organized by WCF Ways & Means chairperson Ingrid Hernandez, co-chair Valerie Thieke and Ways & Means committee members: Ann Ciuffo, Rosemary Emigholz , Anna Ievolo, Lynda Leone, Ann Lomonte, Katie McKeveny, Maria Ortolani, Cheryl Parisi, Lorraine Stanton and Judy Vilas. More than 130 guests filled Fellowship Hall in St. Luke’s Lutheran Church and participated in 10 horse races on a large screen as James Parisi once again volunteered to host the races. Tending bar were volunteers George Emigholz, John Ievolo and Frank Ortolani. Raffles, 50/50 and door prizes added to the night’s entertainment. The Women’s Club of Farmingdale would like to thank everyone for their generous support.
