According to police, McKeon, of Bayville, was at One Eye Jacks located at 380 N. Wantagh Ave. in Bethpage around 10 p.m. on Dec. 18 when he "became angry because his friend’s bar tab was too high," police said.
McKeon complained to the bartender and said that he was a Nassau County police officer and displayed a silver object that appeared to be a police badge, police said. The bar manager refused to lower the bill and requested that McKeon leave the establishment, police said.
