Man Attacks Employee In Farmingdale Verizon Shop Robbery: Police
The man stole an iPhone from a display case, police say.

FARMINGDALE, NY — A man robbed a Farmingdale Verizon store in January, police said, and Suffolk County Crime Stoppers is seeking the public's help in finding him.
A man stole an iPhone from a display shelf at Verizon, at 240 Airport Plaza, around 11:20 a.m. Jan 13, police said. He used wire cutters to strike the hand of an employee who tried to stop him from leaving the shop, police said. He is wanted for robbery.
Police ask anyone with information to reach Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and leave an anonymous tip via phone call at 1-800-220-TIPS, using a mobile app which can be downloaded through the App Store or Google Play by searching P3 Tips, or online at www.P3Tips.com. A cash reward is offered for information that leads to an arrest.
