Man Steals Box Truck In East Farmingdale: Police
The truck was involved in a hit-and-run shortly after the theft, police say.

EAST FARMINGDALE, NY — Suffolk County Crime Stoppers is seeking the public's help in finding the man who police said stole a vehicle in East Farmingdale in July.
A man stole a 2020 International Box Truck that was parked outside of Parts Plus, at 920 Conklin St., between July 16 and July 17, police said. The truck was involved in a hit and run in East Farmingdale on July 17, police said. The box truck was recovered a short time later in Wyandanch, police said. The man is wanted for grand larceny.
Police ask anyone with information to reach Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and leave an anonymous tip via phone call at 1-800-220-TIPS, using a mobile app which can be downloaded through the App Store or Google Play by searching P3 Tips, or online at www.P3Tips.com. A cash reward is offered for information that leads to an arrest.
