Masks Donated To Farmingdale Village Seniors And Residents
The donations were made by Farmingdale Village officials to help during the coronavirus outbreak.

FARMINGDALE, NY — The Village of Farmingdale acquired a limited number of masks and distributed them to residents in need during the coronavirus outbreak, the Village announced in a news release.
Masks were delivered to the senior housing complexes in the Village, including Grand Haven, The Knolls, Hardscrabble and Woodbridge. Masks were also distributed to residents aged 60 and older, as well as those who are immunodeficient.
Additionally, Ken Marcus from Allstate Insurance worked with Mayor Ralph Ekstrand, and Eric Alexander of Vision Long Island donated 100 N95 masks to Daleview Nursing home.

"On behalf of the Farmingdale Village Board of Trustees and myself, we are pleased to have provided masks to Village residents and seniors during this crisis," Ekstrand stated via release. "We thank all essential, health care and front-line workers for their heroic dedication, as well as thank residents, community members, volunteers, organizations and merchants that continue to donate and help those in need during this pandemic. Please continue to support the local merchants and those in the community."
